Eshan helped me with buying my first home, and I cannot recommend him enough! Eshan's service attitude and attention to detail made me feel comfortable that we were not overlooking anything in our search and eventual purchase. When I made offers, he walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. With his great negotiation skills, we were able to secure the lowest priced detached home in the neighbourhood. Once our offer got firm Eshan handled scheduling appointments for the inspector and other specialists to inspect the house.
